This is a list for arranging swaps of Doctor Who recordings. Captures should ideally be from digital TV, though good-quality analogue captures are OK too. Leeches will be chucked off the list when found -- the idea here is that fans are taping the show as it airs, and swapping tapes when they miss an episode.
